Vicinitty is provided as-is for personal discovery. Listings, ratings, hours, distances, availability, schedules, and news can change or be inaccurate. Confirm important details with the venue or original source before traveling or making a purchase.

Third-party content

Use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo under its applicable terms and source-data licences. Streaming availability data is provided by Movie of the Night. Other linked services apply their own terms.

Community reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain spam, harassment, unlawful material, impersonation, or harmful content. Reviews may be reported and removed, and accounts may be suspended when necessary to protect the service or its users.

Reviews and advertising

Users are responsible for reviews and photos they publish and must have permission to share them. Sponsored placements are labeled “Sponsored”; inclusion is paid and is not an independent recommendation from Vicinitty.

No warranties

The app operator makes no warranty that the service will be available, complete, or suitable for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial decisions.
